Terms of Use
These terms apply to NerveTune on supported distribution platforms. If you download NerveTune from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use NerveTune.
What NerveTune provides
NerveTune offers short breathing, grounding, orienting, muscle-release, gentle-movement, sound and transition practices for general wellness. Recommendations are generated from choices and ratings stored on your device. NerveTune is not medical care, therapy, crisis support or a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Safe use
Stay within a comfortable range and never force breathing, movement or sound. Stop immediately for pain, strong dizziness, breathing difficulty, panic, numbness or other discomfort. Use the app only where closing your eyes, moving or focusing on a practice is safe. Do not use while driving or operating equipment. Contact a qualified professional with health concerns and local emergency services in an emergency.
Free access and NerveTune Pro
NerveTune includes limited free practices. A Pro subscription unlocks all available practices, plans and full personal insights. Available products may include monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Any free trial, price and billing period shown in the purchase sheet at the time you confirm are controlling.
Billing and renewal
Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play account you use when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period according to the terms shown by the applicable store. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Unused trial time may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. The applicable store handles refunds, taxes and regional availability under its terms.
Acceptable use
You may use NerveTune for personal, lawful wellness purposes. You may not reverse engineer, automate, scrape, copy or resell the app or its original content; bypass purchase controls; misuse the app for emergency, clinical or regulated decision-making; or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
NerveTune’s design, code, branding and original practice content are owned by or licensed to the developer. These terms grant only a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app; Apple’s standard EULA additionally applies to App Store downloads.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or remove features or practices and update these terms for product, safety, security or legal reasons. Offline features may depend on device compatibility; purchase and restore features require connectivity to the applicable app store.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerveTune is provided “as is” and “as available.” Individual responses to wellness practices vary, and no outcome is promised. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or for decisions made in reliance on the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using NerveTune and delete its local data at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not normally end access already paid for. We may restrict use that is unlawful or materially violates these terms.
