Terms of Use
These supplemental terms apply to LabelFit. The license and purchase terms of the store where you downloaded LabelFit also apply, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store downloads and the applicable Google Play terms for Google Play downloads.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use LabelFit.
What LabelFit provides
LabelFit is a food-label reading and comparison utility. It organizes visible package information and uses deterministic on-device rules to compare two products for a goal you choose. It is not medical, nutrition, allergy, or dietary advice and cannot determine whether a product is safe. Always check the original package.
Purchase and service availability
LabelFit is sold as a one-time paid download with no subscription or in-app paywall. Apple or Google, depending on the store where you downloaded LabelFit, handles purchases, refunds, taxes, and storefront availability under that store's terms.
New AI analyses require internet access and reasonable per-device and network limits. A purchase is not a promise of unlimited automated requests, uninterrupted availability, support for every package, or a particular AI result. Saved on-device history works offline.
Acceptable use
You may use LabelFit for personal, lawful food-label analysis. You may not automate, scrape, resell, or share access to the service; bypass rate limits, attestation, or age controls; submit unlawful or malicious content; or use the app in clinical practice, for medical advice, or as a regulated medical device.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in submitted photos. You grant us and our processors a limited permission to transmit and process them solely to provide and secure the requested analysis. You represent that you may lawfully submit the content.
Intellectual property
LabelFit's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the developer. Product packaging and trademarks in user-supplied photos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelFit is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that extraction or comparisons will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or decisions made in reliance on LabelFit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms for legal, security, provider, or product reasons. You may stop using LabelFit and delete its local data at any time. We may block abusive or unlawful online access.
