Who operates NerveTune
NerveTune is developed and operated by David Voskanyan (“NerveTune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Local wellness data
NerveTune stores your selected state, practice context, completed practices, ratings, favorites, preferences and calculated insights in the app’s private storage on your device. This information is used locally to select and improve future recommendations. It is not uploaded to us or RevenueCat.
You can erase check-ins, sessions, favorites and preferences from Settings. Removing the app also removes its local database. Deleting local app data does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Subscriptions
Apple or Google processes store purchases, billing, refunds and subscription management under the privacy practices of the store you use. RevenueCat processes a random app-user identifier, product identifiers, purchase status, renewal and expiration information, and limited device/app technical information so NerveTune can verify access to Pro features and restore purchases. NerveTune does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email, wellness check-ins, practice history or ratings.
Notifications
If you enable a reminder, its schedule and neutral message are stored on your device and delivered through the device’s local notification system. NerveTune does not use a server to send reminders.
Diagnostics and analytics
NerveTune does not use advertising identifiers or third-party behavioral analytics. The app does not track you across apps or websites. Apple or Google may provide developers with aggregated store and diagnostic information according to your device and store privacy choices.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share wellness data for advertising, tracking, data-broker profiling or automated medical decisions. Subscription information is processed only by the applicable app store and RevenueCat for purchase functionality, security, support and legal compliance.
Retention
Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. RevenueCat retains purchase records as needed to provide subscription entitlements, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Apple or Google controls retention of its store transaction records.
Age requirement
NerveTune is intended for people aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Wellness, not medical care
NerveTune is a general wellness tool. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Stop a practice if you experience pain, strong dizziness, breathing difficulty or other discomfort. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information. Most NerveTune information can be viewed or erased directly in the app. Because there is no account and local wellness information is not sent to us, we generally cannot locate that information by name or email.
Data deletion requests
Delete local wellness data at any time from NerveTune Settings. For a privacy request concerning subscription-support records processed for NerveTune, email david.voskanyan1213@gmail.com with the subject “NerveTune data deletion.” Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records where required for billing, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
