Agreement
Effective date: 4 October 2026. These terms govern Famni, operated by David Voskanyan. Contact: team@beautyai.app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Eligibility and voluntary sharing
Famni is intended for family use by parents and children subject to applicable age and guardian-consent requirements. Child-account registration is not yet ready in the pre-release version; do not register children before the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy are implemented. Use only with the required consent of each participant and guardian where applicable. Do not use Famni for covert tracking, harassment, impersonation or unlawful monitoring. An administrator cannot remotely enable another person’s sharing. Keep your login and invitations secure.
Service limitations
Famni supports family location sharing, check-ins, places, history and trips. Accuracy and delivery depend on permissions, connectivity, battery, operating-system behavior and service availability. SOS only alerts your chosen family; it does not dispatch emergency services. Use local emergency services in an emergency. Do not interact with the app while driving.
Free and paid plans
The free plan allows up to 6 members, 2 saved places and 2 days of location history. Optional Famni Family monthly and annual subscriptions allow up to 10 members, 30 places and 30 days of history in one designated family. One payer covers all members of that Famni family; other members do not need individual subscriptions. The payer can designate another family they belong to, ending sponsorship of the previous family. Transferring family ownership does not transfer the store purchase or change the payer. Another member may become the payer through their own verified purchase after the existing sponsorship ends. Famni family access applies to members using either supported mobile platform and is separate from Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library. Purchase ownership and billing remain with the originating store account. Access is verified by the service; a client-side purchase indication alone does not authorize family access.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
The store shows the current price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Payment is charged to the Apple Account or Google Play account used for purchase, at confirmation or according to the displayed trial terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under the originating store’s rules. For Apple purchases, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal may be charged within 24 hours before period end and any unused trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. For Google Play purchases, cancel before the trial or current billing period ends to prevent renewal. Manage or cancel Apple purchases in Apple Account subscription settings and Android purchases in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Restore eligible purchases in the app using the same store account and Famni account. Deleting your account or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions. The originating store handles billing and refund requests under its rules. Do not buy a second subscription merely to use the same sponsored Famni family on another platform.
Accounts and deletion
You can leave a family, revoke devices, export data, delete history or delete your account in Settings. Owners must transfer their family before account deletion. Support requests must be verified before account data is changed. We may restrict access for unlawful use, security threats or material violations of these terms.
Rights, availability and liability
Famni’s software, artwork and branding belong to David Voskanyan or their licensors. You receive a limited personal right to use the service. Features may change; the pre-release service may be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, precise location or timely alerts. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Apple terms and changes
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app: Apple Standard EULA. Mandatory Apple terms prevail if there is a conflict. We will update the effective date and provide required notice of material changes. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights apply.
